I earned my Master of Arts in Adlerian Counseling and Psychotherapy from Adler Graduate School in 2017, and my Bachelor of Arts in Studio Art from the University of Minnesota–Twin Cities in 2007, with earlier study in music performance at UW–Eau Claire. My background in the arts supports my ability to connect with children and teens through creative expression—particularly valuable for those who find it difficult to express themselves with words alone.
I have advanced training in Adlerian therapy, play therapy, Kalffian Sandplay, and parent coaching, which allows me to support families in meaningful, developmentally appropriate ways. My approach is holistic and personalized—nurturing emotional, mental, and physical well-being while honoring each child’s unique temperament and strengths. I often weave in creative expression and play, knowing that connection and imagination can open doors to healing and growth where words sometimes fall short.
Whether your child is facing anxiety, struggles with emotional regulation, peer challenges, or parent-child conflict, I bring a steady, experienced, and collaborative presence. My goal is to support your family with clarity, compassion, and practical tools that build resilience and restore connection.
