We’ve transitioned to a new patient portal to make appointments, billing, paperwork, and scheduling easier for your family.

🎯 Important Login Information

Our new system works a bit differently than the old one:

• Each parent or responsible adult can have their own login

• Families with multiple children can view all children under one login

• Family balances and statements can now be viewed and paid together

This change helps streamline access and keeps your family’s information well organized.

💳 Billing & Payments

The new portal makes billing simpler:

• View statements and balances online

• Pay securely through the portal

• Easily add or remove payment methods

Note: Credit card information does not transfer from the old system.
You’ll need to add a new card once you log in. 

📅 Scheduling Appointments

Online scheduling is easier and integrated directly into the portal — especially helpful for Kelsey’s and Gretchen’s clients.
