Description
Blossom Whole Family Therapy & Child Psychology Center, PLLC, is seeking a dedicated Child Psychologist and/or Family Therapist to join our vibrant and supportive team. This position is ideal for those who:
- Want the ability to creatively implement/deliver therapeutic interventions with access to space for mindfulness, art therapy, and play in our new fairy garden to connect with nature.
- Prefer to work with seasoned clinicians who learn from one another.
- Desire flexibility in deciding your schedule and choosing your client base.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide quality psychotherapy to children, teens and families.
- Work collaboratively with families and other health professionals to provide comprehensive care.
- Collaborate and consult with Blossom clinicians as needed when "sharing" a family.
- Participate in monthly lunch consultation and contribute to a supportive team environment.
- Maintain confidential client records and document therapy sessions.
- Adhere to professional and ethical guidelines as set out by relevant regulatory bodies.

Qualifications:
- A Doctoral or Master's degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, Family Systems, or a related field.
- Licensed to practice as a Psychologist, LICSW, or LMFT in Minnesota (or eligible for licensure).
- Experience in child psychology, family therapy, or a related discipline.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Commitment to ongoing professional development and training.
