Seeking a licensed child therapist!

Description

Blossom Whole Family Therapy & Child Psychology Center, PLLC, is seeking a dedicated Child Psychologist and/or Family Therapist to join our vibrant and supportive team. This position is ideal for those who:

  1. Want the ability to creatively implement/deliver therapeutic interventions with access to space for mindfulness, art therapy, and play in our new fairy garden to connect with nature.
  2. Prefer to work with seasoned clinicians who learn from one another.
  3. Desire flexibility in deciding your schedule and choosing your client base.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide quality psychotherapy to children, teens and families.
  • Work collaboratively with families and other health professionals to provide comprehensive care.
  • Collaborate and consult with Blossom clinicians as needed when "sharing" a family.
  • Participate in monthly lunch consultation and contribute to a supportive team environment.
  • Maintain confidential client records and document therapy sessions.
  • Adhere to professional and ethical guidelines as set out by relevant regulatory bodies.

Qualifications:

  • A Doctoral or Master's degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, Family Systems, or a related field.
  • Licensed to practice as a Psychologist, LICSW, or LMFT in Minnesota (or eligible for licensure).
  • Experience in child psychology, family therapy, or a related discipline.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Commitment to ongoing professional development and training.
